Terms of Service

Effective September 20, 2026

These terms apply to Pam Hermes, a private, single-user executive-assistant integration operated for its owner’s own use. It is not a public or commercial subscription service.

Authorized use

The service may be used only by the owner or a person whom the owner explicitly authorizes. It may automate the owner’s own administrative workflows and may not be used to access another person’s data without that person’s lawful authorization.

Google authorization

Access to Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Tasks is granted through Google OAuth. The owner selects the permissions granted and may review or revoke those permissions at any time through Google Account settings.

Owner control and approvals

Pam Hermes operates within the permissions, instructions, and approval boundaries configured by the owner. The owner remains responsible for reviewing sensitive or consequential actions before authorizing them.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Data handling

Information obtained through connected Google accounts is handled according to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Revocation and termination

The owner may stop using the service or revoke Google access at any time. Access may also be suspended when needed to protect account security, comply with law, or prevent unauthorized operation.

Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or unavailability of this private, no-fee service.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
