Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Pam Hermes, a private single-user executive-assistant integration, handles information obtained through Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Tasks. Pam Hermes is operated solely for its owner and is not offered to the general public.

Information accessed

After the owner grants permission through Google OAuth, Pam Hermes may access calendar events, email content and metadata, and task information. It requests only the OAuth scopes needed to perform the workflows configured and authorized by the owner.

How information is used

Google user data is used only to provide owner-authorized functions such as schedule management, inbox review, drafting or sending approved communications, and task management. It is not used for advertising, audience profiling, resale, or unrelated purposes.

Limited Use

Pam Hermes’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disclosure and service providers

Google user data is not sold, rented, or disclosed to advertisers or data brokers. It may be processed by infrastructure and AI service providers only as necessary to operate an owner-authorized workflow, subject to their applicable privacy and security terms, or disclosed when required by valid legal process.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials and operational records are kept in the owner-controlled assistant environment. Google content may be processed or retained there only as needed for the authorized workflow, troubleshooting, auditability, or continuity. The owner controls deletion of those records and may revoke Google access at any time.

Security

Access is restricted to the owner and the automation components configured for this private assistant. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections supported by Google APIs and the relevant service providers. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Owner choices and deletion

The owner may revoke access at Google Account permissions. Revocation stops new access. The owner may also delete local operational records and data maintained in the connected Google services.

Children and public use

Pam Hermes is not directed to children, has no public registration, and is not a general-availability service.

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
